“By the gods, I need a shower. But I did just get back. A little rest is well earned I believe… “

“Goodness it feels like I’ve been asleep for weeks. I think I’ll step outside to wake the rest of me up.”

“Another quiet night. Nothing to do and no one to talk to… ” Well, looks like she’d be heading home after doing nothing again. She’d been walking around all day by now. Initially looking for work but that disolved into aimless wandering.

“Ugh. I did absolutely nothing today.” A sigh as she rests her head on her kitchen counter. “I have Zoru’s notes ready but I feel like I shouldn’t bother him… . Perhaps I should try and find Mr. Lancer and set up that date he was talking about… “

“This is frustrating. Sitting around like this doesn’t suit me.” The red haired woman let out a huff of impatience as she sat at her paper covered table, tapping her foot restlessly. “No clients. No jobs. Not even a fight. Something needs to happen. And soon.”

A sigh. “Another quiet night. Another unsuccessful day. Another day without accomplishing anything. Why can’t I seem to get things right?” A huff this time as she placed her chin in her hand. “Perhaps I need a break. . ? No, that’s silly. It’s not like I’ve been working extremely hard… I must just be in a slump. I’ll push through it… “

“I hope you’re doing alright. I’m taking care and trying to make some friends. I’m eating well and the house is organized. Please continue to watch over me.”

“I’ve been looking for days and no one in or near here is offering work. This is very frustrating. And slightly disheartening.”

“Oh gosh that poor puppy. It was just protecting it’s mates body. I hope they don’t have to put it down… I should go adopt an animal. The poor things need homes…”

“Sometimes I wish holidays like this didn’t exist. Everyone else is celebrating their mothers and I don’t even know who mine is. All I can think of is my brother.” With a sigh she rolled from her laying position on the couch and turned towards her entryway. “I think I will get those books today… It’s better than laying around at least.”
